We work in the Pest Control Industry but also do Pressure Washing, Carpet Cleaning and Trauma sectors. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales Guy/Girl who wants to kick some ass and make some money! If you can show us you have the gifted sales knowhow and experience, but you haven't been rewarded with a big paycheck yet, we are your ticket! We want you to work you're tail off and get rewarded for it. We pay an average salary, but....HUGE, HUGE commission. (oh, and a nice new company vehicle to use as well!).
You work hard- forget the 6 figure amount, you can make much more than that! If you've been in our industry for years, and expect an 8hr day...we're probably not the company for you. We're looking for a young, go-getter sales hunter.

The rest is the boring stuff that our HR people told us has to be in here:
· Assist with the development of business plans to identify new opportunities within our core market segments, and to identify new target accounts, applications and industries for future diversification and growth.
· Perform market research to provide a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, future trends and new business opportunities.
· Maintain and develop relationships at key accounts, cultivating to a senior corporate level to maximize our business opportunities within those accounts.
· Proactively develop new relationships at strategically targeted accounts, at the plant level and the corporate level, as necessary.
· Manage relationships with supplier partners to ensure a focused and coordinated strategy to maximize our mutual business opportunities efficiently.
· Prepare proposals, present to clients and aggressively close orders.
· Liaison with customers, manage change orders, to ensure orderly project flow.
Skills Required:
· Strong inter-personal skills. Comfortable and experienced in developing high level relationships in new and existing clients. Interacting at all levels within our company, our customers and our suppliers.
· Experience in our sector and strong networking and friendships in the building maintenance arena.
-To be able to understand client’s key needs/ priorities and present solutions to help our clients be successful in meeting operational KPI goals through automation and electrical solutions.
· Strong commercial, strategic & tactical selling skills.
· Proven track record for closing orders.
· Motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
· Team player, able to collaborate, adapt and be innovative in an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience and Education:
-5+ years of experience strategic marketing and sales in building maintenance sector
Compensation:
A comprehensive and market-related compensation package commensurate with the level of the role and related responsibilities will be paid to the successful candidate. Blah..blah blah...If your the one, we'll work out a package that you'll be happy with!
