SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Head Of Operations, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator is an important role accountable for supporting our team across multiple facets of the organization. While primarily a sales/marketing function, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to be a ‘jack of all trades’, communicating effectively across all levels and departments of our organization to help us execute on our mission(s).

Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting our 3rd party sales & marketing partners, including but not limited to sales teams, exporters, and social media teams,
- Developing and distributing communication high quality, impactful communication materials that reflect our commitment to quality, marketing collateral, and other assets throughout our organization,
- Supporting and assisting leadership in execution of company strategy,
- Ensuring all projects and initiatives are completed with care, precision, and a commitment to follow-through
- Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals,
- Event coordination, execution and support
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess
- A sharp understanding of brand identity, with a keen eye for ensuring consistent brand representation and execution. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to maintaining brand integrity and awareness across all initiatives.
- 4+ years of sales, marketing and/or leadership role in the food & beverage or packaged goods industry,
- Intermediate and functional email marketing, social media management, and basic graphic design skills,
- A track record of winning as a team, via collaboration and commitment,
- Exceptional attention to detail, and cleanliness,
- A track record of understanding, and achieving against goals/targets,
- Humility, and pride for the work they have chosen do,
- Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments,
- References will be required.
Compensation
- Total compensation shall be commensurate with experience and consisting of:
- Base Salary approximately $61,000 - $66,000.
- Health Spending Account $1500.
- Expense Account (Meals, Travel, Phone, etc…).
- Partial/Occasional Remote Work possible.
