Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at BusyForce Building Maintenance Ltd in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, presenting products and services, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the Sales Representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of BusyForce.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the janitorial or facilities management industry is a plus
- Knowledge of post-construction cleaning and commercial cleaning services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
