Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Vehicle Acquisition and BDC Specialist to join the Domestic team at Vaughan Chrysler, Thorncrest Ford, INEOS Grenadier & Frost GM.

- Have a valid G license, in good standing.
Your Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions:
- Work with qualified acquisition leads provided by the dealership to help you excel in sourcing top-notch vehicles.
- Maximize your success by leveraging platforms like Kijiji, AutoTrader, and Facebook Marketplace to discover additional acquisition opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to keep inventory competitive, balanced, and profitable.
- Build lasting partnerships with private sellers and external vendors to unlock new acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards, delivering quality and value to our customers.
BDC (Business Development Center):
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers—respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS.
- Schedule appointments, follow up diligently, and turn inquiries into loyal customers.
- Keep accurate, detailed records of every customer interaction in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to create seamless, unforgettable customer journeys.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
- Proven experience in vehicle acquisitions, BDC, or sales is a strong plus.
- A deep understanding of used car market trends, vehicle appraisals, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with anyone, anytime.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and online vehicle sourcing tools.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented—you're always ready to go the extra mile. Sharp strategy skills, quick decision-making, and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations make you a superstar for this role.
