Job Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to gather requirements and work with the Financial Operations and Financial Systems team in the upgrade and implementation of their ERP Cloud system, specifically extensive knowledge of the General Ledger (GL) Module—projects for everything related to GL module in Oracle Fusion.
Day-To-Day
- Understanding of cash receipts and bank statement reconciliations
- AR Manual Invoicing and GL Entries
- Functional Testing of Oracle configuration during sprints
- Building AR and other module UAT test cases (AP, Procurement, Cash Management)
- Planning tests and test data with business teams
- Executing tests, documenting, validating results, problem-solving/issue resolution with the integrator, and reviewing with business
- UAT Progress reporting
Candidate Must Have Skills
- Experience across Business Analysis and Accounting (Majority in accounting is ideal)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, more specifically the GL Module - important to know: Module Configuration, Financial Reporting (this is the important piece for this role), Journal Entries, Integration with other modules, and Data Migration
- Experience working on large projects within a major financial institution
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00
