Deployment Coordinator

The Deployment Coordinator role is focused on supporting the onboarding and deployment (e.g. enrolment activities, product integration etc.) of OntarioMD’s product suite (e.g., HRM, OLIS, eConsult, i4C Dashboard, DHDR/IR, eForms, Contextual Launch Services). A key member of the Deployment Team, the Deployment Coordinator possesses strong product coordination skills and the capability to effectively and positively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the
Manager, Deployment, the Deployment Coordinator will: 1. Support the
enrolment of clinicians and allied health professionals to OntarioMD’s product suite.
- Coordinate with external partners for products that are not developed by OntarioMD (e.g., OLIS, Viewer, eConsult, DHDR/IR, eForms, Clinical Connect, Contextial Launch etc.).
- Deploy, track and monitor OntarioMD product deployments to clinician practices, ensuring timelines and targets are achieved.
- Liaise with third party vendors to coordinate the technical implementation of products to clinician practices (e.g., EMR configuration, troubleshooting).
- Liaise with EMR Vendors, Regional Teams, Operations, and Technology & Integrations resources; facilitate onboarding activities, issue resolution, respond to queries and provide status updates.
- Proactively manage risks, and systematically resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively resolve client’s enrolment, onboarding and deployment-related inquiries and deliver solutions by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with issue triaging, tracking, and resolution.
2. Provide
operational support for processes related to provincial roll-out of EMR-connected programs, products and services.
- Process product deployment activities and milestones in CRM, for accurate and timely progress tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for existing OntarioMD products.
- Ensure up-to-date process documentation for EMR integrated and non-integrated product deployments.
- Provide timely guidance to other client-facing teams on product deployment processes and associated tracking elements.
- Facilitate Lunch and Learn sessions, as required, for internal business teams.
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to support roadmap discussions related to deployment activities.
- Perform data analyses for timely reporting and escalations, as necessary.
- Participate in projects related to OntarioMD’s operational efficiencies (e.g. eSignature, Portal modernization project).
3. Contribute to
data quality improvements and ensure compliance to corporate data optimization goals.
- Review client product information and associated data and supporting documentation to validate accuracy of account information.
- Correspond with business units to correct deficiencies and inaccuracies.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to information management policies, procedures and governance standards as CRM power users.
- Perform data quality investigations as necessary and work individually or in collaboration with teams to identify and rectify data issues.
- Identify process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities. Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational delivery for system enhancements.
- Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.
Requirements that are important to us:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with stakeholders in the provincial health system, preferably in client support / client facing role.
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and negotiations.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining effective process documentation.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross functional teams in a matrix or network environment.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining productive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or IT Service Management (ITSM) systems.
- Experience preparing, gathering, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting on large volumes of data
- Comfort with communicating and collaborating with technical and product teams.
- Familiarity with Ontario digital health landscape, EMRs and/or provincial EHR products and services is an asset.
