The Value Management, Risk and Governance team is looking for a student team member to join us to support the priority areas on our transformation journey. We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our Data & Technology group in Toronto. We are an energetic, innovative team focused on changing the way other teams work by being more collaborative, effective, and efficient.
This is an exciting opportunity for an eager new professional looking to gain experience across multiple disciplines include technology strategy, innovation, product design/marketing, communications, and lean process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and meeting notes. Ensure that all project-related documents are up to date and accessible.
- Communication: Liaise with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate communication, track progress, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and assist in ensuring project tasks are completed on time.
- Tracking Progress: Monitor project timelines and budgets, assisting the project manager in ensuring everything stays on track and within scope.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in collecting data, preparing reports, and providing regular project updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including preparing presentations, handling correspondence, and supporting the project management team in various tasks as needed.
