Construction/Wood Project Coordinator– Etobicoke, ON (Permanent)
About Our Client:
Our client is a Millwork and Manufacturing Firmthat has been in business for over 20 years and they are growing! They are looking for two strong Project Coordinators who do come from industry, professionals who are familiar with Wood, Stone, Glass, Acrylics and more!
What You Will Be Doing, as a Project Coordinator:
Attention to Detail:
- Working with vendors and inside personnel you will ensure that all components are accurate
- Understand Wood, Stone, Glass, Metals and or Acrylic.
Time management:
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
- Combined with your attention to detail you will ensure that all projects are being followed
- Required to track and monitor through a critical path to ensure that all components are completed at the proper time to avoid costly delays
Duties:
- Generate and track jobs by creating critical paths using in house software
- Generate paperwork to ensure that all projects leaving have all proper labelling to ensure that they arrive at their destination correctly.
- Source products being needed by the design team and ensuring they are within budget parameters
- Monitor and oversee manufacturing of projects daily.
- Coordinate and work with customers to adapt to their needs
- Problem solve whenever necessary
- Adapt to changes made during manufacturing daily
What You Should Have, as a Project Coordinator:
- 4+ years of industry experience, Millwork shops, Custom wood shops
- Practical experience is an asset, installation, shop experience
- Education in general industries such as construction, architecture, design is an asset
- INNERGY software is an asset
What You Will Receive as a Project Coordinator:
- $55,000- $72,000 depending on experience
The Shift You Will Be Working is:
- 8:30 am -5:00 pm
- Monday -Friday
- In Office
