Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Engagement
- Manage and optimize the partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and high completion rates.
- Provide proactive follow-up and support to partners, addressing roadblocks and tracking onboarding progress.
- Troubleshoot portal and LMS issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
Program Strategy & Development
- Identify opportunities to maximize value for Algo and its partners by driving innovative program strategies.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and tailor solutions to enhance their experience.
- Build and manage a learning platform featuring interactive courses, certifications, and on-demand resources.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Coordinate the development and distribution of educational content, including training modules, marketing materials, and engagement campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with program goals and resonates with partner audiences.
Partner Communication
- Drive awareness of program benefits and encourage active participation through targeted communication campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely responses to inquiries.
Program Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze program performance, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement optimizations to enhance partner engagement and overall program success.
