We are looking for a Project Coordinator with creative agency experience in a Project Management role. Passionate about doing meaningful work with clients, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and you bring a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to your work. A large project load doesn’t scare you. Your ability to manage projects on-the-fly while support on additional work managed by your Senior Project Lead.
Responsibilities
- Support/Management of projects within assigned portfolio
- Supporting the documenting scopes of work
- Supporting the tracking budgets and timelines
- Managing internal resources and external vendors
- Driving projects forward ensuring deliverables are met
- Managing and mitigating project risk
- Managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication
- Supporting on weekly status calls and budget reviews
- Delivering high quality work while meeting budgetary, timeline and scope constraints
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience, in a project management role is required, preferably in the marketing industry
- Expert organizational, attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
- Also thrive working independently with minimal oversight to complete tasks on time and on budget
- Confident and highly capable of juggling competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
- Able to quickly learn detailed processes
- Confident in your ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Good at staying calm under pressure
- Good to have: Digital expertise would be an asset.
