The E-commerce Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves processing online orders, managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth fulfillment. As a key part of our small team, you will help us deliver a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images on our e-commerce platform.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or phone, addressing any issues or concerns related to online orders.
- Assist in implementing and managing promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales.
- Track and report key performance metrics like sales, returns, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the in-store team to maintain consistency between online and in-store offerings.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or order fulfillment (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform Shopify
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small team environment.
- Passion for bags, accessories, and retail is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
