We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Property Data Coordinator to support our client in managing and maintaining real estate data across various projects. This intermediate-level role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate, data management, and administration. You will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth payment processing, while collaborating with team members and stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Update property information in databases and systems, ensuring data is accurate and well-organized. Perform regular data entry, manipulation, and verification tasks to maintain reporting accuracy.
- Presentation and Documentation: Draft and maintain visually professional MS PowerPoint presentations (folios), reporting materials, and approval memos.
- Filing and Structuring: Organize, file, and maintain property-related documentation, following established structure and data integrity protocols.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, coordinate payment-related tasks, and prepare administrative documents related to property acquisition projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with different stakeholders in property acquisition, development, and legal services to support project activities and information flow.
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify potential gaps or issues in data management, suggest best practices, and troubleshoot MS Excel-related problems to enhance team operations.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Planning, or a related field. A background in Law is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on the professional appearance of datasets and presentation materials.
- Experience or familiarity with GIS systems and enterprise solutions is considered an asset.
- Possesses strong technical proficiency, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve issues related to MS Excel formulas.
- Exceptional soft skills, with the ability to interact with diverse project stakeholders.
