Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients in a hospital setting, with a focus on pediatrics and acute care. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

Duties

Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
Dispense medications accurately and provide information on proper usage and potential side effects.
Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive medication plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families about medications, including administration techniques and expected outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
Stay updated on medical terminology, drug interactions, and new medications to provide the best care possible.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Retail pharmacy operations, No vaccination, No Methadon , No Miner Ailment & Stress Free Work
Proficiency in medical terminology related to medication administration and patient care.
Ability to work effectively in an acute care environment, managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Strong analytical skills for assessing patient needs and medication effectiveness.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of pharmacy.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
