Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

Content Creation and Management

Create compelling multimedia content (e.g., text, images, videos) to drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
Plan and maintain a social media calendar for consistent and timely posting.

Community Engagement

Monitor social media platforms in real-time to manage user interactions, responding promptly to comments and messages to uphold a positive brand image.
Collect user feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Advertising and Performance Optimization

Plan, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve measurable goals within budget.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track performance and generate insightful reports.

Market Trends and Competitor Analysis

Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and introduce innovative strategies to enhance brand presence.
Analyze competitors’ social media tactics to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
Expertise in managing major social media platforms with knowledge of best practices; proficiency in advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus.
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visuals or short videos independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies for optimal results.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a significant advantage.
