Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from lockup to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and rectify any issues promptly.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate construction estimating for materials, labor, and equipment needs.
Maintain detailed records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and promoting teamwork among all site personnel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
Strong skills in construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control are essential.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents is necessary.
Familiarity with construction management software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
A commitment to safety practices on-site is essential for this role.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
