Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from lockup to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and rectify any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate construction estimating for materials, labor, and equipment needs.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and promoting teamwork among all site personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
- Strong skills in construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control are essential.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents is necessary.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- A commitment to safety practices on-site is essential for this role.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
