Job Description:

As a Pay-As-You-Go IT Infrastructure Specialist at Winscape, you will provide on-demand support and expertise to our clients. This role is ideal for professionals who want to leverage their skills in a flexible, part-time capacity. You will handle a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting to implementing infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote IT infrastructure support on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud, servers, networks, storage etc.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Offer expert advice on improving and optimizing clients' IT systems.
Collaborate with the Winscape team to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud, server, network, storage and end user compute.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work on a pay-as-you-go basis, with availability to respond to client needs promptly.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
