Job Description:
As a Pay-As-You-Go IT Infrastructure Specialist at Winscape, you will provide on-demand support and expertise to our clients. This role is ideal for professionals who want to leverage their skills in a flexible, part-time capacity. You will handle a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting to implementing infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT infrastructure support on a pay-as-you-go basis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud, servers, networks, storage etc.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Offer expert advice on improving and optimizing clients' IT systems.
- Collaborate with the Winscape team to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud, server, network, storage and end user compute.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work on a pay-as-you-go basis, with availability to respond to client needs promptly.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
