Part-Time CFO - Printing/Manufacturing Company

About Us: We are a dynamic printing and manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced CFO to join our team on a part-time basis to support our financial and operational needs.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can work with us one day a week. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, experience in the manufacturing sector, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to support the company's growth and expansion.
Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with external auditors and advisors as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.

Pay: $68.05-$79.47 per hour
