GEM sales representatives consult, design and work closely with our customers to find the right solutions and products to fit their project needs & specifications and their budgets. At GEM we provide our staff customized sales training, generate qualified leads, and supply all the support and marketing tools for the employees' success.

Position responsibilities

Meet and present products to customers
prepare and present quotes and contacts to customers
With the support of the entire GEM team, manage each customer & contract from start to finish
Provided clients with solutions and address clients relevant project needs
Delivery exceptional and courteous customer service
Able to work independently and/or as part of a team with all departments to reach a common goal

Minimum requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience
Available to work evenings and/or weekends, if required and on occasion
Be organized and detail oriented
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be articulate and able to present and explain quotes and contracts to customers
Have previous experience in the window & door industry or building products industry, experience in the construction industry is also an asset and will be taken into consideration
