GEM sales representatives consult, design and work closely with our customers to find the right solutions and products to fit their project needs & specifications and their budgets. At GEM we provide our staff customized sales training, generate qualified leads, and supply all the support and marketing tools for the employees' success.

Position responsibilities
- Meet and present products to customers
- prepare and present quotes and contacts to customers
- With the support of the entire GEM team, manage each customer & contract from start to finish
- Provided clients with solutions and address clients relevant project needs
- Delivery exceptional and courteous customer service
- Able to work independently and/or as part of a team with all departments to reach a common goal
Minimum requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience
- Available to work evenings and/or weekends, if required and on occasion
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be articulate and able to present and explain quotes and contracts to customers
- Have previous experience in the window & door industry or building products industry, experience in the construction industry is also an asset and will be taken into consideration
