At Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics, we believe in providing our guests with a tranquil and rejuvenating experience. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a serene environment. We’re currently seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and promotions
Process payments and manage transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with client intake forms and ensure confidentiality
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A passion for wellness and spa services
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Provide outstanding service

Requirements

Available to work 7 days a week evenings, weekends, holidays
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
