At Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics, we believe in providing our guests with a tranquil and rejuvenating experience. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a serene environment. We’re currently seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and promotions
- Process payments and manage transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with client intake forms and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A passion for wellness and spa services
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Provide outstanding service

- Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
