Description

We are looking for an experienced clinic administrator to manage our multidisciplinary clinic for 6 weeks. We need someone from January 6, 2025 to February 14, 2025. Effective communication skills and excellent customer skills are essential. We treat a variety of patients including extended health, private, MVA, and WSIB. Languages spoken is a definite asset as well as proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and other software programs. Those with experience using Universal Scheduling Program will have a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Patient scheduling
Placing reminder calls to clients and past clients of services previously provided with the goal of generating potential bookings
Communicating with insurance companies
Follow-up calls and written communications to clients and insurance companies regarding outstanding billings
Communicating via phone, email, or in person
Communicating and enforcing clinic polices
Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner
Managing difficult patients and problems
Payment processing
Document Management (scanning, faxing, shredding, sorting)
Data collection
Ordering supplies and informing the owner when new supplies are needed
Maintaining clean appearance of patient reception and front desk

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
