Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and restaurant management, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, supervising, and scheduling team members.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain high standards of quality control for all dishes served.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Strong understanding of restaurant management principles.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Familiarity with bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall hospitality experience for guests.
Ability to supervise kitchen operations effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Pay: $55,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
