What will be your core responsibilities?

Ability to take initiative and multi-task with efficiency in responding to customers.
Connect and note daily customer orders and print invoices, packing slips as well as, distribution labels.
Develop and maintain relationship with our retail customers and follow up on late accounts in accordance with following procedures.
Be the first point of contact for our community from receiving guests at our office to incoming calls and answering online or email inquiries.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Respond and handle customer inquires and concerns.
Effectively communicate with customers informing about any special offer, holiday and/ or announcements affecting our work hours or orders.
Provide additional support as required by the team.
