We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales / customer service representative to actively engage prospects and cross sell. You will provide complete total home solutions to every customer.
We need experienced HVAC comfort advisors for Costco customers.
Responsibilities:
- You possess the drive and desire to close deals
- Strong selling and customer service skills
- Provide solutions and value to prospecting and existing customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
- Reach out to potential prospects through email and by phone
- Multitask by taking inbound and outbound calls. Outbound calls would be combination of prospecting and following up with customers
- Occasionally meet with prospects and customers to identify their needs
- Maintain client contact and perform follow up calls
- You are a self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team
