Position Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Working On
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage a high-volume customer inbox, efficiently processing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Resolve standard customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while supporting team efforts to handle calls and process orders.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns to drive satisfaction and maintain service levels.
- Accurately process customer orders, verifying account details and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements and deadlines.
- Support the team in managing call volumes and processing customer orders to meet operational efficiency targets.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with company policies, ensuring timely returns and exchanges.
- Manage warranty inspections and labor requests, ensuring prompt and accurate processing to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate and prepare customs documentation and schedule carrier pickups for returned items, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
- Follow internal protocols for issue documentation, tracking, and resolution to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly prepare and present reports on account status, highlighting key metrics, trends, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement in customer service operations.
What are we looking for:
- 1-3 Years of experience in account management or a customer service role, with a track record of success in client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP software, and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Asset: Bilingual
