As an operations analyst, you will be work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them.

- Conduct basic residential site audits to ensure quality installation of equipment.
- Support on application administration, including but not limited to: intakes, transfers, cancellations and assignment processes.
- Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.
- Work in a team to complete program tasks and deliverables.
- Help address program client enquires and customer service calls.
- Process and submit invoices.
- Ensure program success by meeting deadlines and filling future additional program needs.
- Identify process optimization and improvements.
- Manage, analyze, and report on program data to identify key program outputs and insights.
- Leverage Excel and PowerBI to produce complex reports, identify areas of improvement to meet contractual targets, and produce professional reporting outputs.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- 0-2 years experience in energy efficiency, HVAC, and/or building science
- Knowledge of Building Science/House-as-a-System approach an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Science, or Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally resolve customer concerns.
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable / invoice processing.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
