SHIBLEY RIGHTON LLP is seeking a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team. The candidate is required to be in the office full time from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources & Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who prides themselves on reliability and punctuality.

Duties involved but not limited to:
· Reception Coverage – full time Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. using the remaining half hour of the day to follow up on administrative tasks
· Administrative Reception Duties including couriers, security, attendance
· Lien cheque deposits
· Library Filing
· Entering Dockets
· Back up to Filing Openings & Closings and File Retrieval
· Miscellaneous errands
· Assist in setting up firm meetings
· Printing
· Specials projects
· Back up to Office Services (days off/vacation): distribution of mail, processing of regular mail, registered mail, kitchen (filling up coffee machine, emptying dishwasher, restocking drinks)
