Gift Card Coordinator (12 month contract)

The Gift Card Coordinator will be responsible for managing gift card inventory, the distribution of gift cards in corporate and restaurant channels, corporate customer orders and reporting, as well as work with the Guest Experience team to address any customer inquiries or feedback on gift cards.
What you will do in this role:
- Manage daily calls and emails from customers and guest experience, providing feedback to inquiries
- Set up and maintain prospect and customer accounts
- Manage corporate customer and internal orders
- Manage customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy. Liaison with AR for processing of invoices and credits.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting as required
- Maintain database records accurately, including customer, order and inventory data etc.
- Monitor inventory levels at restaurants and corporate partners while working with restaurant operations teams and third party gift card partners to ensure adequate gift card inventory is sent to restaurants/ corporate partners
- Facilitate the Recipe Dining Program including onboarding, cancellations, internal inquiries, tracking the completion of employee surveys
- Ensure that all gift card related training documents are up to date
- Participate in staff meetings, department and intercompany meetings as required
- Initiate and/or complete as assigned continuous improvement projects
What we are looking for from you:
- Post-secondary education or 3 to 5 years’ experience in an order management or operations role with hands-on experience in customer interaction
- Capable of interacting with customers effectively while working through inquiries and issues
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and above average problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and be able to work independently with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of producing reports by extracting, manipulating data from various sources
- Self-motivated to complete all tasks in a timely manner with 100% accuracy and full accountability
