Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Content Management and Publishing, we are seeking a creative and analytical student to help our team develop GenAI solutions used in internal editorial processes. You will assist the team by gathering, organizing, and processing content through custom GenAI solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, organize feedback from subject matter experts, and engage in discussions about solutions for improving efficiencies and user experiences based on user feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Assist with organizing and cataloging content needed for testing the use cases.
- Process and prepare content for evaluating solution effectiveness.
- Organize feedback for areas of improvement and suggest possible adjustments.
- Attend meetings as needed to report on and discuss project work.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have: a background in and a passion for technology; a love for problem solving; and a desire to learn new things.
Technical skills should include: intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook; comfortable with XML and JSON mark up; and some understanding of LLMs and how they work.
