About the Position
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who can perform a range of tasks such as; Receiving inbound calls from clients/customers. Managing multiple orders with deadlines, as well as monitoring the order process to ensure that clients are more than satisfied with their experience. They will work closely with other teams to ensure the order is completed from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers regarding products, services and printing capabilities.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries through our chat system.
- Managing orders from start to finish by providing quotes, art proofs, collecting payment, and reviewing quality with the Production team.
- Providing customized suggestions and advice regarding individual customer needs
- Creating product quotations and shipping estimates tailored to each client.
- Preparing and sending samples to potential customers.
- Following-up with clients on a regular basis, with regards to approvals, deadlines, and payments etc.
- Responding and adapting to any issues regarding customer dissatisfaction, production issues, and/or untimely delivery schedules, etc.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships to encourage and promote future repeat business.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred to have a minimum of 1 year’s office administration/Customer service experience.
- Experience in Printing Industry is an asset.
- Good Communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Able to work under pressure.
