We are currently searching for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to become a member of our team. The perfect candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic setting. This position requires interacting with potential and new clients by utilizing effective communication to establish long-lasting connections and offering purchase support through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, and email correspondence.
Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the clients' products and services
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing information to customers
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using our CRM software
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, orders, upgrades, and account setup
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the overall customer service experience
Customer Service Assistant requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Open full-time availability
- Must be comfortable commuting to our Richmond office daily
