Responsibilities:
• Working in the HEYTEA overseas brand marketing team • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify customer trends and preferences
• Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Collaborate with the team in developing engaging content
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field • Strong passion for social media and knowledge of various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tiktok) • Experience in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams from different time zones
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset
