Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at the Markham warehouse. The ideal candidate will handle various HR tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and support the workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process day-to-day HR tasks, including leave requests, resignations, and shift changes.
- Prepare, review, and submit necessary HR-related documents.
- Review and verify department timesheets for accuracy before submission.
- Convert paper timesheets into digital formats for efficient record-keeping.
- Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring all required processes and documentation are completed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
