Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical repairs. The Maintenance Person will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with welding is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in maintaining equipment and facilities effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with logical reasoning skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
