An established Certified Financial Planner is seeking a successor for his practice. This is an entry to intermediate level position that works F/T or P/T in collaboration with the Planner to provide clients with holistic wealth management advice.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Supporting the Planner to provide first-class financial planning and strategic wealth management services to our clients.
- Managing client reviews, scheduling meetings and preparing client meeting materials.
- Engaging in business development activities and providing support on the due diligence process.
- Assisting in investment portfolio reviews and preparing insurance needs analysis, if applicable.
- Preparing marketing & communication materials for clients and target markets.

- You have years of related work experience, preferably in a financial planning firm with exposure to both insurance and investment planning.
- Completion or in the process of obtaining the following is considered an asset: Securities license, CFP, and/or Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
