About Wilson Blanchard:
Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company, is comprised of Condominium Managers, Condominium Administrators, and Accounting Administrators. Along with our dedicated support team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to over 42,000 condo unit owners daily.
Responsibilities:
- Direct maintenance staff in routine repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds of complex
- Assist the Manager in overseeing major projects and communicate with contractors
- Prepare and maintain records of work assignments
- Respond to client requests in an effective and timely fashion
- Preparing status certificates for approval by the Property Manager
- Coordinating “payables” and shipping payables batches approved by the Property Manager to head office to obtain cheques
- Compose, prepare, and process general and confidential correspondence including e-mails and faxes
- Establish, organize and maintain hard copy and computer records management/file systems
- Coordinate meetings
- Spearhead purging of files, storage and labeling
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers as well as owners and Board members.
- Additional duties as required, including tailoring the above duties to suit the needs of the corporation for on-site administrator roles
Requirements
- High-school diploma, GED or other equivalent
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution,
and people management skills
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word,
Excel and e-mail required
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with applicable
departments, contractors and key business partners
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning
to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the
organization
