Your Opportunity
Our National Accounting & Assurance Team is looking for a Specialist, Corporate Projects to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen who can collaborate with internal stakeholders across a variety of disciplines to deliver on group-wide initiatives.
You will be joining a team of recognized experts responsible for delivering the overall firm strategy; you will play an integral part in assisting the firm to deliver on strategic initiatives. This individual will also own the following responsibilities:
- Work with the Manager, Corporate Projects to support the National Accounting and Assurance Team in achieving strategic goals.
- Manage ongoing, recurring, and new projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Communicate with internal clients regarding the status and progress of their projects.
- Enforce existing processes and implement new processes to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations for leadership concerning project status and progress.
- Keep leadership informed of project direction and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Translation, Events, Marketing, and Corporate Communications on behalf of the National Accounting and Assurance Team.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team’s Administrative Professional as needed.

Your Experience And Education
- You have a minimum of 2 + years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
- You have a Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
- You have strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You are highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple demands
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions clearly and articulately
- You have some project management experience and/or a strong desire to learn
