Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
- Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks in a medical office setting, if applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
