Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist with administrative tasks in a medical office setting, if applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls is advantageous.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
