Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary communication hub for the operations team and truck drivers, focusing on optimizing efficiency and streamlining business processes.
Job Duties
- Handle international Air & Ocean freight movements for both export and import.
- Quote and coordinate shipments of all transport modes (Air, Ocean, Courier, Trucking and Intermodal Service).
- Track daily Air, Ocean, and Trucking movements for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Dispatch outbound shipments, acting as a liaison between customers and truck operators.
- Report daily operational activities to the Logistics Manager.
- Manage office administration tasks such as invoicing, expensing, and payment planning.
- Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms
- Knowledge of accepted accounting principles is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail with numbers
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.
