Job Description
Work Term: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
As a
Media Planning Coordinator on our team, you'll assist in developing and delivering digital media campaigns targeting healthcare audiences in the US and Canada. Your role involves working across diverse channels like search, display, video, email, and mobile to spread our clients' healthcare messages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of media planning in a administrative or finance capacity
- Education in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Sales, or related programs
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Competence in using various tools and platforms related to media planning and reporting
- You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Documents, and Google Analytics
- Eagerness to learn and a strong drive for organization
- A blend of collaborative teamwork and independent work capabilities
- A deep passion for current digital media possibilities and an eye for future opportunities
- No prior agency experience required.
Your mission will be:
- Collaborating with Planning Specialists and Managers to create well-supported, thoroughly researched media plans for clients
- Implementing recommendations seamlessly with the support of our Media Operations team
- Ensuring exceptional campaign outcomes through effective collaboration with our Analytics Practice
