Job Title
Operations Analyst
The Operational Analyst will provide business performance analysis and operational support to our account teams. This individual will assist in managing project financials such as running forecast models, creating budgets, tracking resource costs against budgets, ensuring that budgets are on track, monitoring revenue and margin. This individual will have a good understanding of financial management and data analysis to aid in business forecasting, client proposals, project financials and supporting other business objectives. You’ll put your data & analytics skills to use by diving into operational reports and business intelligence to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, this individual should have some experience with project coordination as you may help our client project teams at our key accounts. You love the details and will be responsible for ensuring documents and processes remain organized, accurate and timely. This a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial management, data analysis and client delivery to enter the exciting world of management consulting!
So, what will I do?
- Support the Pursuit Lead in finalizing client proposal financials and staffing plans in internal tools and setting up newly won projects.
- Manage Project Financials to set up, maintain and report on project financials using Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce reporting with defined standard templates and other financial related tools.
- Support High Performance Team activities like manage resource assignments, and update staffing tools according to project staffing updates from the Engagement Lead(s).
- Support quarterly and annual planning and forecasting activities, account planning and sales opportunity development.
- Analyze engagement, account and industry specific business performance reports with knowledge of benchmarks and the ability to communicate results with key stakeholders and executives.
- Continuously seek improvement ideas and improve tools and processes within the Operations team.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel (required)
- Accounting or Financial related educational background preferred
- Ability to support multiple senior leaders, prioritize work activities, meet deadlines and seek assistance and clarifying priorities when required
- Enjoys working with data, in financial reports or BI tools; is detail oriented and takes pride in accuracy and quality of their work
- Curious and driven to continuous improvement and evolving ways of working
- Prior experience in a professional setting
- Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
