Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing, lease administration, property management, residential leasing, customer service, and other related tasks. The role is primarily located in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management skills
- Residential Leasing and Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and laws
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate or property management
- Real estate license or certification is beneficial
