This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making for product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between research insights and company goals.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend improvements to maintain competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS) and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin (is an asset).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in market research or related roles is a plus.
