We’re looking for a Customer Service & Inventory Support personto join our team in a dynamic, position. This is a unique opportunity to combine your exceptional customer service skills with your organizational expertise in inventory management—helping customers while ensuring our energy-efficient products are always ready to go.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service Excellence
- Be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice on energy-saving programs and solutions. You’ll answer inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and provide guidance on the latest energy-efficient products.
- Conduct outbound scripted calls to engage potential customers, share information about energy-efficient upgrades, and schedule appointments for field staff.
- Handle escalations with care, offering timely resolutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and other communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with customers.
Oversee Inventory with Impact
- Support in coordinating the shipping and receiving of energy-efficient products across Canada, ensuring timely delivery for our Direct Install programs.
- Keep detailed records of both digital and physical inventory—ensuring products like LED bulbs, weatherproofing materials, and energy-saving devices are stocked, organized, and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to stay on top of inventory levels and report any discrepancies, ensuring the smooth flow of materials for energy-saving installations.
- Play a hands-on role in moving and handling inventory, ensuring safety protocols are followed while lifting and managing materials up to 50 lbs.

What We’re Looking For
- A Customer-Centric Mindset - Experience in a customer service role (preferrably in a call center environment), with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail - You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, whether it's handling customer interactions or ensuring inventory is accurately tracked and organized while effectively prioritizing your workload.
- Technical Savvy - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other office applications, with a strong ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, and internal teams. Being bilingual is a bonus
- Hands-On Experience - A genuine interest in energy-efficient products like LED bulbs, weatherproofing materials, and electronic energy-saving solutions (experience is an asset!).
- Physical Stamina- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle inventory tasks as part of the role.
- Self-Starter - You thrive working independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
