I am contacting you out of an abundance of caution. I don't want anyone to get in trouble or lose their job, but I feel like I must bring forward a concern of how I was treated by a paramedic who came to my house on October 31, 2024. I usually see the same paramedic who I have built a great rapport with, but on this day a newer person came. Firstly, the paramedic took forever to show up. 40 mins later than what I expected. The paramedic was rough while taking my blood and seemed like they kept coming and going. Almost like they were calling a supervisor for direction. When I asked them if everything was ok and why it was taking longer, they snapped at me and said I shouldn't be telling them how to do their job. Then ended up starting my IV, leaving for an hour then coming back. Like I said, I generally have had great experiences with my normal paramedic, but I wanted to bring this to your attention to see if you felt there was an opportunity for improvement. Thank you for listening.
