Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various office software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer support and maintaining smooth office functionality.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support the dental receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success are essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
